Job Description

As a Senior Associate Quality Engineer specializing in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), you will be instrumental in ensuring data quality and the effectiveness of customer journeys. Your strong technical expertise will help validate audience segmentation, test journey flows and triggers, and verify email content and push notifications.

Your Impact:

  • Validate data ingestion, transformation, and end-to-end flow to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure accurate audience segmentation to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Test customer journey setups, triggers, and branching logic for seamless user experiences.
  • Verify the accuracy of emails, push notifications, dynamic content, and A/B testing configurations.
  • Confirm dashboard metrics and KPIs, identifying and reporting any data
  • Develop and execute automation scripts for repetitive tasks and regression testing to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is preferred but negotiable for candidates with robust QA and testing fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with campaign management tools, such as Adobe Campaign, SFMC, or other Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and journey optimization tools, is a plus.
  • Background in Marketing Ops/Automation with experience in testing website, email, and newsletters.
  • Open to UI Testers interested in Marketing Ops/Automation projects. The role encompasses broader testing responsibilities across various technology solutions.
  • Proficiency in Selenium for scripting and automation is essential for UI Testing candidates and highly valued for those from Marketing Ops backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team of technology professionals and engineers.
