Job Description
- Manage day-to-day staffing requests, focusing on strategic talent placement that aligns with business needs and individual career goals
- Analyze data to drive staffing decisions, maintain utilization trends, and provide forecasts
- Collaborate with business and capability leadership teams to solve fulfillment challenges and provide high-quality staffing solutions
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across the business to ensure excellent customer service
- Track and manage team members' skills, proficiency, and development
- Provide project-specific guidance to new hires to ensure their successful integration and impact
- Balance multiple high-priority assignments while efficiently managing talent across multiple locations
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, filtering, and sorting).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align with business needs.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new things.
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and deal with difficult client situations diplomatically.
- Team-oriented mentality and attitude.
- Service-oriented attitude (flexible, personable, approachable).
- Ability to provide and receive feedback in a constructive manner.
- High English Level
