Job Description

As a Manager (Business Analyst) of Product Management at Publicis Sapient, you act as key member of a cross functional team, working very closely with the clients. You understand the business needs of the client, their challenges and pain points and are able to create solutions that deliver continuous values with rapid increment cycles.
Together with your team, you participate in project delivery, including requirement elaboration, solution design, effort estimations, plans, prioritisation, risk assessments, and ensure project progress tracking.

Qualifications

•  You have 5+ years of experience as a business analyst 
•  You will be primarily working with a Delivery Lead
•  Experience and knowledge working on agile development frameworks
•  Demonstrated experience working with the client product owners and other key client stakeholders
•  Ability to facilitate interviews and workshops with the stakeholders to gather business requirements, pain points and challenges.
•  Synthesise information from varied sources including documents, interviews and discussions to perform gap analysis and provide recommendations to clients
•  Extensive experience in conceptualising and drafting user stories based on business requirements, data and analysis, technical feasibility and implementation considerations
•  Demonstrated experience in creating current state and future state business processes
•  Ability to understand proposed technical and business solutions and associated risks and constraints.
•  Experience working as part of a cross functional team members  to actively shape proposed approaches and solutions eg experience, design, engineering, test, DevOps etc.
•  Proficiency in data analysis, visualisation, reporting and automation tools including Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Power Automate.
•  Understanding of Digital business transformation enabling technologies and techniques including Cloud, DevOps, Automation etc
•  Understanding of BPMN will be an advantage
•  Ability to manage/coach more junior level employees

Requirement: Must be an Australian citizen with at least Baseline clearance. Based in Canberra
