Job Description

Your Impact:

  • Evaluate existing sites for persuasiveness, emotional design, and conversion; assess properties for usefulness, usability, layout, content, and branded experience.
  • Prepare, conduct, and analyze behavioral research events, including stakeholder interviews, to understand key success factors for projects
  • Lead interactive design/user testing, identify & document patterns from the user research
  • Provide recommendations to the client/internal team based on research findings
  • Integrate and lead development of personas/segmentations based on research findings
  • Create strategies for persuasive design and present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop Navigation Model, Primary and Secondary Navigation structure
  • Develop Sitemap with all levels as required • Analyze task flows, task decompositions and create optimal Task Flow
  • Develop frameworks describing key aspects of proposed experience and how it reconciles business/user needs
  • Create prototypes using tools such as InDesign, Sketch, InVision, Principle and Axure

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Degree level in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience as a UX designer, information architect, or similar
  • Experience creating services and applications on all devices
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of UX across all devices
  • Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth of UX design. This should also include approach and process
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills including the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to colleagues, partners, stakeholders and especially to senior executives.
  • Ability to manage team members, assign task and review the work
  •  Training and mentoring the team
  • Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs and customer expectations
