Job Description

We are looking for a Mid-Level UI Designer who excels in multi-platform design and interactivity. This individual demonstrates creative flair and a strong sense of design ownership, contributing to design strategy for our clients. With a proactive and vibrant spirit, they are eager to add value and expand their expertise. They will collaborate with our teams to develop design strategies, execute high-fidelity designs, create engaging presentations, and design prototypes.

The Publicis Sapient Experience Design Capability bridges business strategy and applied technology, creating meaningful, holistic experiences for our clients and their customers. We are multi-skilled thinkers, experience designers, service design experts, researchers, and architects.

Your impact:

• Apply advanced understanding of composition, color, typography, iconography, texture, photographic curation, and usability to help users navigate dynamic multimedia experiences
• Define the visual direction of projects to shape and position ideas for customer impact
• Possess a strong perspective on craft, tools, and process
• Apply best practices for human-centric design to address common visual and usability challenges
• Contribute to the creation of new design systems
• Effectively communicate with clients based on project specifications
• Discern and consolidate visual design feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Deliver interaction design for basic digital product features
• Provide multimedia production support and communicate specifications of digital/physical components
• Develop relationships across the project team, particularly with technical team members and software developers

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a design studio, agency, or consulting environment
• Fluent Italian
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities
• Solid experience in visual systems design and component-based design
• Proficiency in design process and conceptual design storytelling
• Experience with at least one prototyping tool
• Skills in Interaction and Motion Design
• Professional English proficiency
